Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping and handling fees, provided the item is returned in its original condition with valid proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email Oriento Books Return for approval before shipping your item. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs, unless otherwise specified. You assume the risk of loss or damage during return shipping. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to a delivery failure, additional shipping fees will be charged to resend your order.
